Fundamental to the success of any rental business is acquiring cost effective vehicles. As a VRS Licensee you will have access to our fleet supply programmes across a range of manufacturers for rent/return and outright purchase vehicles. We understand the need for competitive prices, on time deliveries, efficient de-fleet arrangements, accurate billing and good communication and we pride ourselves on delivering a first class service in this area.


Finance

As a result of our many years experience in the industry, once you have become an established member of the VRS system, we can introduce you to a range of vehicle finance companies to help you raise finance for purchasing vehicles for your fleet.

Insurance

VRS has partnered with an experienced Vehicle Rental Insurance Broker to provide VRS Licensees with a competitive efficient daily rental insurance programme, plus advantageous terms on other insurance products. This programme has been put in place exclusively for our Licensees with the aim of keeping your costs low.

Automated Front Counter Rental System

If you are dissatisfied with the capability of your current front counter rental system, we can introduce you to our automated rental programme partners who will demonstrate the benefits and features of one of the latest internet enabled systems that will help you manage and control your business.


Business Planning and Accounting Support

We can help you put together a 12 month Profit and Loss budget and, if you are having difficulties with your current accountants, we can introduce you to our specialist firm of experienced vehicle rental accountants who will provide you with your monthly Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet, accurate and on time with an accompanying report to identify key trends in your business.
